The Molfetta Night Run is an annual event that combines sport, music and entertainment in a single evening event.

Organised by the events company Studio360 in collaboration with ASD Free Runners Molfetta, the non-competitive run winds through the town's main streets, offering participants a unique experience under the stars. The event features two routes, of 5 and 10 kilometres respectively, suitable for both experienced runners, and families or groups of friends looking to spend an evening of movement and fun.

The start usually takes place in Corso Dante, with a route that passes through Molfetta's most iconic landmarks, allowing participants to admire the town's beauty in a festive atmosphere.

Besides the main run, the event also includes the Baby Night Run, aimed at children up to 10 years old, with a route of around 1 kilometre through the historic centre. The initiative aims to involve children in sporting activities, promoting a healthy lifestyle from an early age.

The Molfetta Night Run is not just about sport: the event is enriched with live music, shows and entertainment that engage participants before, during and after the run.

A refreshment area is set up to offer food and drinks, creating a genuine festive village in the heart of the town.

Molfest  is a festival dedicated to pop culture in all its forms, organised by the Association STEP and promoted by the Comune di Molfetta.

 The event is held annually in June, in the centre of the town, taking place across various locations such as Villa Comunale, the historic centre, Banchina San Domenico, Banchina Seminario and Cala Sant'Andrea.

 Admission is free for all activities, and the festival offers a rich programme ranging from live music and artistic performances to literary talks, workshops and exhibitions.

 One of Molfest's main goals is to promote social inclusion through art and culture, creating spaces for sharing and participation for people of all ages and backgrounds.

 Il Paese delle Meraviglie – Marameo Festival  is an annual cultural event held mainly in Molfetta, also involving the towns of Andria and Bisceglie.

 Organised by Arterie Teatro, the festival celebrates theatre and the shared arts, offering a rich programme of performances and workshops for all ages.

 Having reached its tenth edition in 2024, the festival offers numerous days of events spread across various venues, many of which are free to attend.

 The programme includes theatre performances for children, drama productions, audience development workshops and guided tours, creating an immersive experience in the world of the performing arts.

 Il Paese delle Meraviglie – Marameo Festival  is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of theatre and shared arts, promoting quality culture and entertainment across the Apulian region. 

The Sagra del Pesce is an annual event held in Molfetta, usually between the end of August and the beginning of September, organised by MotoClub Molfetta.

An event that combines a passion for local gastronomy with moments of entertainment and culture, attracting both residents and visitors. It takes place at the evocative Banchina San Domenico, where food stands are set up offering tastings of fresh fish specialities, prepared according to traditional Molfetta recipes.

The festival offers the chance to sample typical dishes, showcasing the authentic flavours of the Adriatic Sea.

Besides its culinary side, the Sagra del Pesce is often accompanied by side events, such as the Motoraduno Nazionale "L.A.S.E. Angels", which features motorcycle parades, guided tours of Molfetta's historic centre and musical entertainment with local bands and DJ sets. These initiatives help create a festive and engaging atmosphere, making the event an unmissable date in the town's summer calendar. 

 Quasi Uguali Show is an annual event held in Molfetta, at the Anfiteatro di Ponente, during the month of August.

Produced by Proeventi under the patronage of the Comune di Molfetta, the show offers an evening of music, dance and entertainment, in which local artists perform tribute acts of renowned national and international performers.

The aim is to celebrate talent and creativity, offering the audience engaging, high-quality performances.

Admission to the event is free, until seats are full. 

Quasi Uguali Show is an unmissable event for lovers of music and entertainment, helping to showcase local talent and enrich Molfetta's summer cultural programme. 

Le Chiavi dell'Alba is an annual musical event held in Molfetta in August, offering participants a unique experience: an orchestral concert at first light, set in the evocative surroundings of Cala Sant'Andrea, next to the Duomo di San Corrado. Organised by Agenzia Evolve in collaboration with the Orchestra Sinfonica della Provincia BAT and the association APS Ventura, the event is held under the patronage of the Comune di Molfetta. 

During the concert, the orchestra performs pieces by renowned composers such as Ennio Morricone, Hans Zimmer, Trevor Jones, Dmitri Shostakovich and Jacques Offenbach, creating a magical atmosphere as the sun rises over the sea on the horizon.

Musical direction is entrusted to Maestro Benedetto Grillo, with the participation of soloists and narrators who enrich the sensory experience. During the event, the music accompanies the dance of the dawn light and its shifting colours, offering moments of deep emotion and contemplation.

Le Chiavi dell'Alba is part of Molfetta's summer events programme, representing an unmissable date for lovers of music and nature, eager to live an unforgettable experience between art and landscape. To take part, early booking is advisable, as places are limited.

The Sagra del Calzone Molfettese is an annual event held in Molfetta, usually in September, celebrating one of the most representative dishes of local gastronomic tradition: the calzone molfettese.

This event, organised by the Pro Loco di Molfetta under the patronage of the Comune, the Regione Puglia and Unpli Puglia, attracts numerous visitors eager to sample the local specialities and immerse themselves in the town's festive atmosphere. 

During the festival, visitors have the opportunity to taste different varieties of calzone, accompanied by local wines, on a food and wine journey that showcases the authentic flavours of the area.

Besides the culinary delights, the festival offers a rich entertainment programme. Live music performances, theatrical shows and activities for children bring Molfetta's main squares to life, turning the event into an occasion for people of all ages to come together.

In some editions, calzone molfettese preparation courses have been organised in collaboration with the local Istituto Alberghiero (Molfetta Hotel Institute), passing on the techniques and secrets of this ancient recipe to new generations.

Molfetta Creation and Fashion is an annual event celebrating excellence in fashion and creativity in Molfetta.

Organised by the Distretto Urbano del Commercio (DUC) under the patronage of the Comune di Molfetta, the event aims to showcase local talent and promote urban commerce in all its forms.

The event takes place in the heart of the town, transforming its streets and squares into open-air catwalks and exhibition spaces. During the event, emerging designers, artists and industry professionals have the opportunity to present their creations to the public through fashion shows, artistic performances and creative installations.

The main goal is to create a meeting point between creativity and commerce, encouraging collaboration among the various local stakeholders and offering visibility to local businesses. Past editions have featured notable guests and the presentation of awards to individuals who have distinguished themselves in fashion and the arts.

The event is further enriched by entertainment, live music and food and wine tastings, creating a festive and engaging atmosphere for visitors.

Molfetta Creation and Fashion represents an important showcase for local talent, contributing to the town's cultural and economic growth through the promotion of fashion and creativity.

In November, the old town of Molfetta comes alive with the Festa d'Autunno: San Martino - Frittelle & Vino (Autumn Festival: San Martino - Frittelle and Wine). Frittelle are a Molfetta's speciality similar to panzerotti — small pockets of dough, fried and filled with ingredients such as onion, tuna, mozzarella and tomato, or ricotta, depending on family tradition. Unlike the classic Apulian calzone, the dough is made with potato as well as flour.

Organised by Associazione Hosts in Old Town, the event celebrates local autumn traditions through a food, wine and cultural journey. The streets of the medieval old town are filled with stands dedicated to preparing and frying traditional frittelle, tastings of local wines and artisanal beers, as well as the ever-popular freshly roasted chestnuts.

The evening is enlivened by performances from folk music groups, whose songs and dances draw everyone present into a festive atmosphere.

In the past, the Associazione "Melphicta nel Passato" used to invite visitors to try their hand at medieval archery, offering an immersive experience into local history.

The Festa d'Autunno is another special occasion to rediscover and celebrate the culinary and cultural traditions of Molfetta. At the same time, it promotes sustainable tourism and community spirit in the evocative setting of the historic centre.
