Every year, in the first half of August, Bisceglie dresses up in celebration to honour its Patron Saints: Mauro, Sergio and Pantaleone.

 The Feast of the Three Saints is one of the most deeply felt events by the Bisceglie community, a moment that unites faith, tradition and spectacle, transforming the streets of the city into a stage of emotions.

 The festivities open with the solemn procession of the statues of the Saints through the streets of the historic centre, accompanied by brass bands and the participation of the confraternities.

 Adding to the enchanting atmosphere are the fireworks over the harbour, the traditional luminarie and classical music concerts in the square, performed by the Federiciana Symphony Orchestra within the scenic bandstand.

 And of course, the traditional stalls selling sweets and local products make the feast a perfect occasion to immerse oneself in Apulian traditions.

La Notte dei Sospiri (Sospiri Night) is an event celebrating one of the most iconic desserts of Bisceglie: the sospiro, a delicious pastry of ancient tradition, a symbol of romance and refined flavour.

Every summer, the streets of the historic centre come alive with an enogastronomic tour that pays tribute to this sweet excellence, with tastings, shows and historical reenactments. During the evening, local pastry chefs offer different interpretations of the sospiro, from savoury to sweet, alongside wine and typical Apulian products.

There is no shortage of live entertainment, with live music, artistic performances and stories about the legend surrounding this dessert, linked to an ancient love story and a wedding that never took place.

Sol dell'Alba is a unique experience that combines the beauty of music with the most evocative moment of the day: sunrise.

Every year, at dawn, Bisceglie welcomes this moving event, in which live music takes the audience on a sensory journey through sound, light and nature. 

Artists and musicians perform at the Teatro Mediterraneo, an open-air theatre facing the sea, with the horizon and the rising sun forming the backdrop to the concert, immersed in an intimate and surreal atmosphere. The repertoire ranges from classical music to jazz, all the way to more experimental sounds. 

Sol dell'Alba is not just a musical event, but a moment of sharing, contemplation and harmony, in which the audience witnesses a performance that intertwines art and nature, allowing themselves to be enveloped by the beauty of the first light of day.

BiComix is the event dedicated to fans of comics, cosplay, video games and pop culture, transforming Bisceglie into a reference point for fans and creatives of all ages.

 Every year, the festival brings together illustrators, authors, voice actors and cosplayers in a lively and engaging atmosphere, offering a rich programme of activities and events. 

The festival hosts themed exhibitions, drawing and scriptwriting workshops, comic book presentations and signing sessions with nationally and internationally renowned artists. There is no shortage of cosplay contests, board game and trading card tournaments, as well as spaces dedicated to virtual reality and retro video games.

Bisceglie en Blanc is the event that, every summer, transforms Bisceglie's seafront into an evocative open-air lounge. 

More than just a moment of celebration and fun, where the all-white dress code — with low heels recommended for ladies — adds a touch of elegance to the event, Bisceglie en Blanc also promotes values of solidarity and sustainability, engaging local institutions, private sponsors and long-standing partners.

Past editions have always sold out, with more than 1,000 participants, confirming Bisceglie en Blanc as one of the most anticipated events of the Bisceglie summer, enhancing the charm of the seafront and creating a magical atmosphere that celebrates the joy of being together.

A unique occasion to experience the waterfront in a special way, with a backdrop of sea and starlight.

Every summer, the historic centre of Bisceglie comes alive with Libri nel Borgo Antico, a literary festival that transforms the town into a vibrant cultural stage.

Organised by the Associazione Borgo Antico, the event hosts authors, publishers and readers for a series of meetings, presentations and debates open to all. 

The evocative squares and characteristic alleys of the medieval old town provide the backdrop for book presentations, conversations with nationally and internationally renowned writers, and spaces dedicated to fiction, non-fiction and current affairs. There is no shortage of activities for children, creative workshops and meetings with emerging authors, making the festival a moment of participation and sharing for all ages.

Libri nel Borgo Antico is not just a cultural event, but an experience that combines the charm of literature with that of Bisceglie's history and traditions, transforming the town into a landmark of Apulian summer culture. 

Calice di San Lorenzo (A glass of wine from San Lorenzo) is an annual food and wine event held in the heart of Trani's historic centre, typically on 9th and 10th August, coinciding with the night of San Lorenzo.

The event has established itself as one of the most eagerly awaited dates of the Trani summer, attracting thousands of visitors from all over Italy.

The event winds through the evocative Piazza Duomo, Piazza Monsignor Addazi, Piazza Sacra Regia Udienza and Piazza Trieste, offering a food and wine route that showcases the finest Apulian produce.

Over 30 wineries take part in the event, presenting more than 100 labels of fine wines. Alongside the wine tastings, there are stands run by local olive oil producers and food businesses, with show cooking sessions led by internationally renowned chefs. 

The evenings are enriched by live music performances, DJ sets and stargazing sessions, offering participants a multisensory experience.

Calice di San Lorenzo is an unmissable occasion for wine and food lovers, offering the chance to taste high-quality products in a historic and evocative setting, under Trani's starry sky. 

The Settimana Medioevale di Trani (Medieval week in Trani) is an annual event that transforms the town into a lively historical stage, recreating the atmosphere and events of the Middle Ages.

Organised by the Associazione Culturale Trani Tradizioni, the event's programme is always full of evocative highlights, such as the "Nox Templariorum" in Piazza Duomo, a reenactment in which the Templars face off against brigands and witches, offering a glimpse into the legends of the era; another striking reenactment is "Le Nozze di Re Manfredi" (The Wedding of King Manfred), depicting the meeting between King Manfred and Princess Helena Comnena.

Between displays of flag-bearers, medieval dances and Celtic music concerts, the event comes to a close with the dramatic Incendio al Castello Svevo (Swabian Castle on Fire), a fireworks display that lights up the Trani night sky, followed by a triumphant procession through the streets of the town. 

The Sagra del Pesce is an annual event held in Molfetta, usually between the end of August and the beginning of September, organised by MotoClub Molfetta.

An event that combines a passion for local gastronomy with moments of entertainment and culture, attracting both residents and visitors. It takes place at the evocative Banchina San Domenico, where food stands are set up offering tastings of fresh fish specialities, prepared according to traditional Molfetta recipes.

The festival offers the chance to sample typical dishes, showcasing the authentic flavours of the Adriatic Sea.

Besides its culinary side, the Sagra del Pesce is often accompanied by side events, such as the Motoraduno Nazionale "L.A.S.E. Angels", which features motorcycle parades, guided tours of Molfetta's historic centre and musical entertainment with local bands and DJ sets. These initiatives help create a festive and engaging atmosphere, making the event an unmissable date in the town's summer calendar. 

 Quasi Uguali Show is an annual event held in Molfetta, at the Anfiteatro di Ponente, during the month of August.

Produced by Proeventi under the patronage of the Comune di Molfetta, the show offers an evening of music, dance and entertainment, in which local artists perform tribute acts of renowned national and international performers.

The aim is to celebrate talent and creativity, offering the audience engaging, high-quality performances.

Quasi Uguali Show is an unmissable event for lovers of music and entertainment, helping to showcase local talent and enrich Molfetta's summer cultural programme. 

Le Chiavi dell'Alba is an annual musical event held in Molfetta in August, offering participants a unique experience: an orchestral concert at first light, set in the evocative surroundings of Cala Sant'Andrea, next to the Duomo di San Corrado. Organised by Agenzia Evolve in collaboration with the Orchestra Sinfonica della Provincia BAT and the association APS Ventura, the event is held under the patronage of the Comune di Molfetta. 

During the concert, the orchestra performs pieces by renowned composers such as Ennio Morricone, Hans Zimmer, Trevor Jones, Dmitri Shostakovich and Jacques Offenbach, creating a magical atmosphere as the sun rises over the sea on the horizon.

Musical direction is entrusted to Maestro Benedetto Grillo, with the participation of soloists and narrators who enrich the sensory experience. During the event, the music accompanies the dance of the dawn light and its shifting colours, offering moments of deep emotion and contemplation.
