Olì Olà is a gourmet bruschetta restaurant founded in 2014 in Bisceglie, right next to the Di Molfetta oil mill. Born from the family's passion for their own extra virgin olive oil production, the restaurant was founded to celebrate and showcase the finest qualities of this precious local ingredient.

The menu offers more than 25 varieties of bruschette, alongside seasonal dishes and handcrafted desserts, all prepared with locally sourced ingredients and in full respect of Slow Food principles.

The warm and welcoming atmosphere draws inspiration from the olive oil-making tradition, with interior design elements crafted directly from materials reclaimed from the oil mill itself — creating a space that feels both authentic and unique.

A signature example of the restaurant's gourmet philosophy is the Olì Olà bruschetta, topped with Fiaschetto tomato from Torre Guaceto and capocollo from Martina Franca — two iconic local products that together tell the story of Apulian culinary excellence.
