Palazzo Vives Frisari

Architectural landmarks

Palazzo Vives Frisari  is a historic residence located in the heart of Bisceglie's old town, at via Ottavio Tupputi 13.

Built at the end of the 16th century, during the period when Bisceglie held the status of a "Città Regia" (Royal City), the palazzo represents a significant example of the architecture of the period. Originally, the building consisted of three separate dwellings belonging to the Frisari family. These properties were later acquired by the Vives family, who unified them to create the palazzo's current structure.

Today, Palazzo Vives Frisari  is home to the cultural Association ArteVives, which organises cultural events and concerts ranging from classical music to jazz, as well as art exhibitions and theatrical performances, contributing to the celebration of Bisceglie's historical and artistic heritage.
